Bsma Company / AbuBazzar is committed to quality. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical issues for products purchased from us.

What is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Technical issues or defects arising during the warranty period.
  • Repair or Replacement: Damaged parts will be repaired or replaced with original or equivalent high-quality parts by our expert technical team.

Warranty Period: The specific duration is indicated on your purchase receipt (invoice).

What Voids the Warranty

Improper Use

  • Overclocking (CPU, GPU, RAM).
  • Increasing electrical voltage.
  • Using cracked software or unofficial sources.
  • Usage contrary to manufacturer guidelines.

Physical Damage

  • Breakage, dents, or scratches.
  • Liquid damage or exposure to excessive heat/dust.
  • Electrical shorts or unsuitable power sources.

Unauthorized Tampering

Opening the product or attempting repairs by anyone other than Bsma Company's authorized team voids the warranty.

Incompatible Parts

Damage caused by 3rd-party components (e.g., UPS, Power Supply) purchased elsewhere is not covered.

Important Terms

Requirements:
Original purchase receipt (invoice) and warranty card (if applicable) are mandatory for service.
Software:
OS issues, viruses, and software incompatibility are not covered unless stated otherwise.
Liability:
Warranty does not cover data loss or consequential damages.
Resolution:
Bsma Company reserves the right to repair, replace parts, or replace the entire product at its discretion.
